社区老年高血压合并糖尿病患者已经越来越常见,并且数量也越来越多。这不仅增加了控制高血压的难度,更增加了老年患者发生其他并发症的风险。因此加强社区老年高血压合并糖尿病患者的系统管理及其治疗具有重要意义。本文就社区老年高血压合并糖尿病的病理特点、现状、管理与治疗作一综述。
Elderly people with hypertension in the community have become more common and have an increasing number of people with diabetes. This not only increases the difficulty of controlling high blood pressure, but also increases the risk of other complications in elderly patients. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the systematic management and treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus in community. This article reviews the pathological features, status quo, management and treatment of elderly patients with hypertension in the community.
