在G-BOS系统上市后,龙口公交是山东地区第一家向苏州金龙提出要求安装的用户。作为一家县级市的公交企业,龙口公交对于精细化管理的追求,并不亚于大城市的公交公司。在接受采访时,龙口市公共交通汽车公司总经理姜荣会强调:公交作为公益性事业,决定了它不能按照市场规律来运作,只能低票价、保本经营。因此,公交企业难有不亏损的。这样的现状,决定了龙口公交必须精打细算,跟管理要效益,跟管理要发展。勇于“尝鲜”在没有使用G-BOS系统之前,龙口公交在机务管理上多以经验管理、人力管理为主。比如油耗值,就是根据车辆的数据以及过去的经验来确定,但是否合理,是否有提升空间就不清楚了。“上了G-BOS系统以后,才知道油耗值产生的整个过程。以前一直认为油耗高都是人为的,现在发现,其实也不一定。”姜荣会说。
