11个肤色黝黑,眼神清澈的女孩子,正在辽宁沈煤网球俱乐部的训练场上挥汗如雨,她们是“山花”网球基金资助培养的来自祖国偏远山区的藏族、纳西族网球少女。谈起这些女孩,中国网球管理中心主任孙晋芳总有说不完的话题,在中国网坛,这种尝试是开创性的。多年来,我国网球的总体水平一直受制于青少年的基层培养,训练手段的科学、严谨性;人才挖掘和保护的力度;大量的资金来源……为此,网球运动管理中心、各省市体育局、民间网校经营者和许多基层的教练员做了诸多努力——“山花”便是其中之一。
Eleven dark-skinned girls with clear eyes are sweating at the training ground of Liaoning Coal Mine Tennis Club. They are Tibetan and Naxi tennis girls from remote mountain areas in the motherland sponsored by Shanhua Tennis Foundation. Talking about these girls, Sun Jinfang, director of the China Tennis Management Center, has a lot to talk about. In Chinese tennis, this attempt is groundbreaking. Over the years, the overall level of China’s tennis has been subject to the training of young people at the grass-roots level, the training of science, rigorous; talent mining and protection efforts; a large number of sources of funds ... ... Therefore, tennis management center, provincial sports bureau, Nongo net school operators and many grassroots coaches made a lot of efforts - “Mountain Flowers ” is one of them.
