本文分析了用冷技工艺生产(?)76mmlCr18Ni9Ti不锈钢管的质量,提出了用(?)95mm～76mm孔型一道次冷轧出成品的工艺,着重阐述两种工艺的分析比较,以及新孔型系统的设计参数与使用效果.
In this paper, the quality of 76mmlCr18Ni9Ti stainless steel tube produced by cold technique was analyzed. The technology of cold rolling finished product with (?) 95mm ~ 76mm pass was proposed. The analysis and comparison of the two kinds of process and the new pass System design parameters and the use of results.
