患者男性,54岁。临床诊断:冠心病。心电图示(附图):P-R间期<0.12s,QRS波群起始部可见δ波;V_1、V_2导联主波向下,V_5、V_6导联主波向上,心电图诊断为预激综合征(B型)。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ导联R_4提前出现,畸形增宽,代偿间歇完全,系室性早搏。室早后第1个QRS波群(R_5)δ波消失,P-R间期>0.12s。
Male patient, 54 years old. Clinical diagnosis: coronary heart disease. ECG (with photos): PR interval <0.12s, QRS wave group visible at the beginning of the δ wave; V_1, V_2 leads the main wave down, V_5, V_6 leads the main wave up, ECG diagnosis of pre-excitation syndrome B type). Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ lead R_4 appear in advance, deformity widened, compensatory intermittent, Department of premature ventricular contractions. The first QRS complex (R_5) δ wave disappeared in the early period, and the P-R interval was> 0.12s.
