《中华人民共和国产品质量法》已正式实施一周年。一年来,全国质量监督工作者认真学习、贯彻实施《产品质量法》,自觉成为合格的《产品质量法》执法者,积极开展产品质量监督工作,严厉打击生产、销售假冒伪劣产品的违法活动,依法制裁各种质量违法行为,为维护社会经济秩序,保护用户和消费者合法权益作出了应有的贡献。
