1.背景 荷兰霍戈文钢铁公司艾莫伊登厂高炉煤气管网中的表压低于0.1巴。随着高炉生铁产量和顶压的提高,必须将来自高炉的煤气压力在进入网管之前进行降压。很多钢铁厂过去和现在都是在煤气洗涤装置中,或者在减压阀组的节流阀中进行煤气减压,从而伴随着有用能量的消失。 当前,高炉的容积越来越大,因而所产生的高炉煤气量和所造成的能量浪费也日益增大。这就增加了炉顶煤气能量回收的迫切性。
1. Background The gauge pressure in the blast furnace gas network of the Hoogwin Iron & Steel Company, Aimo-Eden, Netherlands, is below 0.1 bar. As blast furnace pig iron production and top pressure increase, the gas pressure from the blast furnace must be depressurized before entering the network. Many steel mills used to be and still are gas-scrubbing units, or depressurizing gas in pressure-reducing valve banks, with the disappearance of useful energy. At present, the capacity of the blast furnace is getting larger and larger, so the amount of blast furnace gas generated and the energy waste caused by it are also increasing day by day. This increases the urgency of energy recovery from the top gas.
