我国科技期刊在质量和经济方面发展缓慢,至今尚没有国际公认的名刊和大刊。就此问题,总结和归纳了几种表面现象,并从这些表面现象中寻找其外部和内在的根本原因。随后,对我国科技期刊目前的处境作了分析,从实际情况出发,结合国情,提出了改进当前我国科技期刊学术和经济发展缓慢的措施和建议。
China’s sci-tech periodicals have been developing slowly in terms of quality and economy. So far, there are no internationally recognized periodicals and journals. On this issue, we summarize and summarize several surface phenomena, and look for their external and internal root causes from these surface phenomena. Afterwards, it analyzes the current situation of Chinese sci-tech periodicals and puts forward measures and suggestions to improve the academic and economic development of current sci-tech periodicals in our country.
