小组合作学习是传统教学法的有效改良,它有效提高了学生的学习的参与度,促进了学生对知识的有效内化,对学生的全面发展有着战略性的突出意义。本文首先就初中英语课堂教学中应用小组合作教学法的必要性进行了简要的分析与探讨,并提出了促进小组合作学习在初中英语教学中有效应用的措施与建议,希望能够给实际工作起到一定的指导作用。
