The MAX1473 is a fully integrated, low power, CMOS superheterodyne receiver for high sensitivity ASK data reception in the 300 MHz to 450 MHz frequency band. The device has an integrated voltage regulator that allows the device to operate on 3V or 5V supplies with -112 dBm sensitivity (at 315 MHz). In addition, the device features an AGC circuit that automatically reduces RF gain by up to 35 dB, making it suitable for bandwidth-dynamic range applications such as security systems, remote access systems, remote control and
