目的对药师参与本次25例难治性感染患者的有效性进行详细阐述。方法选取医院收治的难治性感染患者25例,通过药师参与会诊,并按照患者的临床基本情况进行综合分析,对患者治疗转归的情况进行阐述。结果本次会诊建议或意见共采纳17例(68.00%),部分采纳7例(28.00%),完全不采纳1例(4.00);本次治疗中治愈15例(60.00%),好转7例(28.00%),无效1例,死亡2例。结论药师已经成为临床治疗团队的关键人员之一,在实际治疗工作中不仅能发挥其自身的专业知识,为患者提供准确性较高的医学服务,亦对治疗中发生的不足,给予尽快的改善,对提高疗效的意义尤为重要。
Objective To elucidate the effectiveness of pharmacists participating in the treatment of 25 patients with refractory infection. Methods Twenty-five patients with refractory infection admitted to hospital were enrolled in this study. Pharmacists were involved in the consultation and comprehensively analyzed according to the clinical situation of the patients. The treatment outcomes of the patients were described. Results A total of 17 cases (68.00%) were adopted in this consultation, and 7 cases (28.00%) were partially adopted. One case (4.00) was not accepted at all. 15 cases (60.00%) were cured and 7 cases improved 28.00%), 1 case was invalid and 2 cases died. Conclusion Pharmacists have become one of the key personnel in the clinical treatment team. In actual practice, pharmacists can not only exert their own professional knowledge, provide accurate medical services to patients, but also provide prompt improvements to the deficiencies in the treatment , To improve the significance of the effect is particularly important.
