随着现代信息技术的发展,电子文件的数量逐渐增多。面对日益增加的用户信息需求,科学有效地保存数量巨大的电子文件成为一个重要课题。加拿大针对电子文件长期存取与保护的问题制定了《在电子工作环境中管理电子文件》办法。这一办法内容比较丰富,并且很好地体现了政府对电子文件的管理,对我国电子文件管理和立法具有一定的启示作用。
With the development of modern information technology, the number of electronic documents is gradually increasing. In the face of the increasing demand for user information, scientifically and effectively to save a huge number of electronic documents become an important issue. In Canada, the “Managing Electronic Documents in an Electronic Workplace” was developed to address the long-term accessibility and protection of electronic documents. This method is rich in content, and well reflects the government’s management of electronic documents on our electronic document management and legislation has some enlightenment.
