本文阐述了65Nb 钢的基体性能和用于冷镦模具的优越性和可靠性。文中对生产用量较大的典型模具做了失效分析,讨论了如何根据模具的服役条件,选择较佳热处理工艺参数,并通过生产考核,对比了使用寿命,充分表明用65Nb钢可以成功地制造冷镦模具。试验过程中,采用扫描电镜和透射电镜进行了断口分析,并讨论了这种钢具有高强韧性的机理。
This article describes the matrix properties of 65Nb steel and the superiority and reliability of cold heading dies. In this paper, the failure analysis of the typical mold with large production amount is made. The paper discusses how to choose the better heat treatment process parameters according to the service conditions of the mold, compares the service life through the production evaluation, and fully shows that the steel can be successfully manufactured by using 65Nb steel Upsetting die. During the test, the fracture analysis was carried out by scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope, and the mechanism of high strength and toughness of the steel was discussed.
