比较了乙黄药、丁黄药和异丁黄药3种浮选剂对高硫铝土矿浮选除硫的性能,着重考察了浮选剂用量、浮选时间、浮选矿浆浓度、pH值及矿石粒度对浮选除硫率和氧化铝回收率的影响.一次精选结果表明,乙黄药对于高硫铝土矿浮选除硫药剂用量和浮选时间的要求比较高,且氧化铝的回收率不高于90%;丁黄药和异丁黄药浮选除硫能力强,氧化铝回收率均高于90%,对浮选药剂用量和浮选时间等参数的要求也不高,较适合用于铝土矿浮选除硫的工业化生产.丁黄药和异丁黄药一步精选开路实验表明,异丁黄药具有较高的选择性,丁黄药具有较强的捕收能力.
The performance of flotation desulfurization in high-sulfur bauxite was compared with the three kinds of flotation reagents of beta-xanthate, butyl xanthate and isobutylene xanthate.
