我们已经站在21世纪的门槛上。迎接新世纪,我们应当树立什么样的教育观念,建立什么样的教育体系,这是大家普遍关心的问题。它关系到未来教育的发展,关系到当前教育的改革,关系到社会及其成员的进步。杭州市正在率先着手构建终身教育体系,目标是逐步形成一个互相衔接、沟通、整合,能为不同年龄、不同职业、不同需求的城乡公民提供良好服务的开放的社会化教育体系,使杭州市时时有学习之机,处处有学习之所。本文试对杭州市教育体系的构建提出若干设想。
We are on the threshold of the 21st century. To welcome the new century, what kind of educational concepts should we establish and what kind of education system should be established are issues of general concern to all. It relates to the future development of education, relates to the current education reform, and affects the progress of society and its members. Hangzhou is taking the lead in building a lifelong education system with the goal of gradually forming an open and socialized education system that connects, communicates and integrates with each other and provides good services to urban and rural citizens of different ages, occupations and needs. Have a learning opportunity, everywhere learning. This article tries to put forward some tentative ideas on the construction of Hangzhou education system.
