目的探讨内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)在肝胆胰疾患治疗中的护理配合的重要性以及护理配合方法。方法选取2016年1月-2016年12月本院肝胆胰外科收治的患者85例作为本次研究的对象,所有患者均应用ERCP术进行治疗,回顾性分析患者的临床资料,对其治疗结果以及并发症发生情况进行总结,对术前、术中、术后的护理配合要点进行分析。结果 85例患者中,检查和治疗成功的患者为84例,成功率达到了98.8%,同时所有患者在检查过程中均未发生肠道穿孔、大出血等并发症。结论 ERCP是肝胆胰疾患检查及治疗的重要手段,护理人员做好相关的护理配合可以有效提高检查及治疗的成功率,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the importance of nursing cooperation with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in the treatment of hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases and the nursing cooperation. Methods From January 2016 to December 2016, 85 patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery in our hospital were selected as the object of this study. All patients were treated with ERCP. The clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed. The treatment outcome, Complications were summarized, preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care with the main points for analysis. Results Of the 85 patients, 84 were successfully examined and treated, with a success rate of 98.8%. No complications such as intestinal perforation and bleeding were observed in all patients. Conclusion ERCP is an important means of examination and treatment of hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases. Nursing staff can effectively improve the success rate of examination and treatment and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
