国家经贸委、中国有色金属工业协会于8月25日至28日在北戴河联合召开中国电解铝工业发展战略及市场分析研讨会。铝工业科研设计单位和大专院校的专家学者及我国电解铝生产企业负责人等共13O余人出席了会议。中国有色金属工业协会会长康义、副会长潘家柱、国家经贸委行业规划司副司长王晓齐等参加了会议。会议共收到论文31篇,8位专家学者在会上进行了专题演讲。 康义会长在会上作了重要讲话,他首先强调这次会议是协会成立以来规模较大、影响较大的一次研讨会,一定要以江泽民同志“七一”重要讲话和“三个代表”为指导,认真分析我国铝工业面临的形势。康义同志在讲话中回顾了我国电解铝工业发展的历程,深刻分析了目前我国电解铝工业面临的形势和挑战,指出了今后发展中需要注
State Economic and Trade Commission and China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association jointly held a seminar on the development strategy and market analysis of China’s electrolytic aluminum industry at Beidaihe from August 25 to August 28. Aluminum industry research and design institutes and universities, experts and scholars and China’s electrolytic aluminum production enterprises responsible for a total of more than 130 people attended the meeting. Chairman of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association Kang Yi, Vice President Pan Jiazhu, and Wang Xiaoqi, Deputy Director of Industry Planning Department of State Economic and Trade Commission, attended the meeting. A total of 31 papers were received at the conference, and 8 experts and scholars made speeches at the conference. President Kwee Yi made an important speech at the conference. First of all, he emphasized that this conference is a large-scale and influential seminar since the founding of the Association.
