采用离子束辅助沉积技术在奥氏体不锈钢基体材料表面制备纯铝涂层 ,尔后在 4 0 0℃大气环境中氧化得到Al+Al2 O3复合涂层。试验结果表明 ,该复合涂层具有优良的阻氢性能 ,在 2 0 0℃ ,2 4MPa热充氢 168h时其阻氢效率仍在 70 %以上。
Pure Al coating was prepared on the surface of austenitic stainless steel substrate by ion beam assisted deposition and then Al + Al 2 O 3 composite coating was oxidized in the atmosphere of 400 ℃. The experimental results show that the composite coating possesses excellent hydrogen storage resistance. The hydrogen retention efficiency is still above 70% at 200 ℃ and 168 h at 24 MPa.
