由四川省医药学校科研所承担、西南交通大学电气工程系参与协作的“药材紫外光谱鉴别研究”课题,1991年10月19日在成都通过专家鉴定。该研究有以下几大特点: 一、采用了先进的研究方法。以前,一般药材的紫外光谱鉴别,通常选择主要最大吸收波长值来进行,但由于绝大多数物质的紫外吸收峰数少,实际鉴别中局限性较大。该研究采用了光谱全息特征的鉴别方法,将峰数(nl)、峰位(λmax)、谷数(nz)、谷位(λmin)、肩峰(shoulder peak)、相邻峰高
The project was undertaken by the scientific research institute of the Sichuan Provincial School of Medicine and the Department of Electrical Engineering of Southwest Jiaotong University participated in the collaborative research on the “UV Spectra Identification of Medicinal Materials”.
