高校体育目标管理是一个系统工程,是有目的的培养人的活动。文章旨在探讨与分析体育行政管理部门建立学校体育目标管理体系,使体育管理工作逐步科学化、具体化、指标化,使高校能有效地完成学校教育目标和体育目标。
The goal of college physical education management is a systematic project, is a purpose of cultivating people’s activities. This article aims to explore and analyze the sports administrative department to establish the school sports goal management system so that the sports management work is gradually scientifically, concretely and indexed so that the university can effectively accomplish the school education goal and the sports goal.
