职教集团在我国经过20多年实践,建设重点已从规模扩张转向内涵提升。而以松散型战略联盟为主导的治理结构直接制约其在促进教育链和产业链有机融合方面作用的充分发挥,建立紧密型职教集团势在必行。本文以产权制度改革为突破口,对“法人设立”这一建立紧密型职教集团的有效选择涉及的相关问题进行探讨,以期为各类型职教集团换挡增速提供有益参考。
Vocational Education Group in our country after more than 20 years of practice, the focus of construction has shifted from the scale of expansion to enhance the connotation. The governance structure dominated by loose strategic alliances directly restricts its full play in promoting the organic integration of the education chain and the industrial chain. It is imperative to establish a close vocational education group.
