一台YZC7(CC21-Ⅱ)型两轮振动压路机,在施工中突然发生后退行走正常而前进行走缓慢的故障。 针对此现象,我们首先用量程为40MPa的测压表分别对前进、倒退两种工作状态下液压驱动系统的压力进行了测量,结果显示:后退时压力基本符合驱动系统的正常溢流压力(35MPa);前进时,虽有压力但最高压力仅为7MPa,远远低于系统的正常溢流压力。因液压管路并无泄漏及堵塞现象,根据该机液压
A YZC7 (CC21-Ⅱ) -type two-wheeled vibratory roller, suddenly occurred in the construction of the normal walking back and walking slowly moving fault. In response to this phenomenon, we first measure the pressure of the hydraulic drive system under the two working states of forward and reverse respectively with the pressure gauge with the measuring range of 40MPa. The results show that the pressure is basically in line with the normal relief pressure (35MPa ); Forward, although the pressure but the maximum pressure is only 7MPa, far below the system’s normal pressure relief. Due to the hydraulic pipeline and no leakage and blockage, according to the aircraft hydraulic
