采用超音速火焰喷涂技术在0Cr18Mn15Ni2N箱式热处理炉表面喷涂,并进行了炉温均温性和抗热疲劳性的测试与对比分析。结果表明,与未喷涂热处理炉相比,复合粉末超音速火焰喷涂后热处理炉的炉温均温性和抗热疲劳性得到显著提高;其中炉温偏离度减小了83.27%,炉温波动度减小了86.24%,保温精度减小了83.81%;复合粉末的配比(质量分数)为:85%Stellite6司太立合金粉+5%Sr粉+10%Co粉。
The surface of 0Cr18Mn15Ni2N box heat treatment furnace was sprayed by supersonic flame spraying technology, and the temperature and thermal fatigue resistance were tested and compared. The results show that the furnace temperature and thermal fatigue resistance of the heat treatment furnace after the composite powder supersonic flame spraying is significantly higher than that of the un-sprayed heat treatment furnace.
