目的目前,放射治疗仍为鼻咽癌的首选治疗手段,且疗效尚能令人满意,但仍有少数患者,虽经积极治疗,还是会出现颈部淋巴结残留或复发。而颈部淋巴结残留和复发,是影响鼻咽癌患者生存率的主要原因之一。本文对近年来国内外相关文献进行归纳分析,介绍鼻咽癌颈部残留和复发的诊断、相关影响因素及治疗方法。
Objective Currently, radiation therapy is still the first choice of treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and the effect is still satisfactory, but there are still a few patients, although the active treatment, there will be residual or recurrence of cervical lymph nodes. The residual lymph nodes and recurrence, is one of the main factors affecting the survival rate of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. This article summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years, introduces the diagnosis of cervical residual and recurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, related factors and treatment methods.
