目的 探讨下颌阻生智齿拔除时牙齿／ 断根落入舌侧软组织内的处理。方法 由智齿舌侧牙龈向前沿下颌第一、二磨牙舌侧龈沟紧贴骨面翻起舌侧粘骨膜瓣、彻底止血、充分暴露术野、明视下取出断根，必要时配合双合诊确定断根位置取出。结果 １２ 例患者经上述方法成功取出断根，时间４ ～３２ 分钟。结论 舌侧翻瓣、视野清晰、探查方便，为取出智齿／断根落入舌侧软组织内的较好处理方法。
Objective To investigate the treatment of the teeth / roots that fall into the lingual soft tissues when mandibular impacted wisdom teeth are removed. It is a better treatment for the removal of wisdom teeth / severed roots into lingual soft tissues.
