工学结合育人才是高职教育发展的内在要求,是产教融合协同育人的体现,已经成为我国当前高职教育领域积极倡导和推进的一项重大人才培养理念改革。构建工学结合的教学管理体系是高职院校教育教学改革的重要内容,是提高人才培养质量的重要举措。本文针对目前工学结合中教学管理的现状,分析了传统教学管理存在的问题,归纳工学结合人才培养模式对教学管理的新要求,就工学结合中的教学管理体系重构进行了探讨。
The combination of work and study is the inherent requirement of the development of higher vocational education and the manifestation of the integration of education with production and training. It has become a major reform of talent cultivation concept that is actively advocated and promoted in the field of higher vocational education in our country. Constructing the teaching management system combined with work and study is an important part of the reform of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges and an important measure to improve the quality of personnel training. In this paper, according to the current situation of teaching management in the combination of work and study, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional teaching management, summarizes the new requirements for teaching management in combination with work-study mode and personnel training mode, and discusses the reconstruction of teaching management system in the combination of work and study.
