党的十七届四中全会《决定》提出,“使各级党的组织成为学习型党组织、各级领导班子成为学习型领导班子”。2009年以来,我们对部分党委领导班子学习情况进行了调研并抓了这方面的试点工作,感到当前在学习上还有一些倾向性问题需注意和纠正。
The “Decision” made by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Party put forward: “Party organizations at all levels should become learning-type party organizations and leading bodies at all levels should become learning-oriented leadership groups.” Since 2009, we conducted a survey on the learning situation of some leading groups in Party committees and arrested pilot work in this field. We feel there are still some tendencies in learning that need attention and correction.
