非公有制经济是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。随着社会主义市场经济体制的加速推进和经济结构的重大调整,非公有制经济在国民经济中所占的比重会进一步提高,从业人员会急剧增加,这就给党的建设带来了新的课题,党如何在非公有制经济组织中构筑自己的阵地。非公有制企业是非公有制经济的主要形式。本文试图从分析新的历史条件下非公有制企业中党的建设所面临的挑战和机遇着手,探讨非公有制企业党的建设的思路。
Non-public ownership economy is an important part of our socialist market economy. With the acceleration of the socialist market economic system and the major readjustment of the economic structure, the proportion of the non-public-owned economy in the national economy will be further raised and the number of employed workers will sharply increase, thus bringing new problems to party building How the Party Builds Its Own Position in Non-public Ownership Economic Organizations Non-public ownership enterprises are the major forms of non-public ownership economy. This article attempts to start from the analysis of the challenges and opportunities confronting party building in non-public-owned enterprises under the new historical conditions and to probe into the thinking of the party building in non-public-owned enterprises.
