目的:探讨复合树脂美容修复上颌锥形侧切牙的临床疗效和技术要点。方法:选取78颗上颌锥形侧切牙,3M Z350纳米复合树脂美容修复为正常侧切牙解剖形态,进行2~3年随访,观察临床疗效和美学效果。结果:78颗牙美容修复后,患者对牙齿形态、色泽均感满意,随访2年,成功率达93.75%,出现3例失败病例;随访3年,成功率达83.33%,出现5例失败病例。结论:3M Z350纳米复合树脂用于恢复锥形侧切牙的正常牙体形态具有较好的临床疗效和美学效果。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and technical points of composite resin cosmetic restoration of maxillary conical lateral incisors. Methods: 78 maxillary conical lateral incisors and 3M Z350 nanocomposite resin were repaired as normal lateral incisors. The patients were followed up for 2 ~ 3 years. The clinical curative effect and aesthetic effect were observed. Results: After the restoration of 78 teeth, the patients were satisfied with the morphology and color of the teeth. The follow-up of 2 years showed a success rate of 93.75%, with 3 failed cases. After 3 years of follow-up, the success rate was 83.33% and 5 failed cases . CONCLUSION: 3M Z350 nanocomposite resin has good clinical efficacy and aesthetic effect for restoration of normal tooth shape of conical lateral incisors.
