2004年秋季,新民市教育局作出了将中小学合并,实行九年一贯制办学的决策。6年来,作为第一所九年一贯制学校,我们整合、优化教育资源,构建以条为主、条块结合的管理模式,积累了一定的经验。但是,九年一贯制办学模式在教师管理方面的问题十分突出。在此,笔者就此问题略谈几点认识。
In the fall of 2004, Xinmin Bureau of Education made the decision of merging primary and secondary schools and implementing nine-year system of running schools. In the past 6 years, as the first nine-year-consistent school, we have integrated and optimized educational resources and built a management model that combines bar-based and bar-linked management. We have accumulated some experience. However, the problem of teacher management in the nine-year system of running schools is very prominent. Here, I briefly talk about this issue a little knowledge.
