二龙山水库自建成后经历了多次大洪水的考验,特别1994年7月5日～13日的特大暴雨洪水,水库有效地削减洪峰,对保护下游的宾西镇等村镇人民生命财产和301国道等重要交通通信设施都发挥了重大作用,文中对“94.7”洪水的灾情分析.论证了二龙山水库在这场洪水中产生的防洪效益.
Erlongshan Reservoir has undergone several major flood tests since the project was completed, in particular the storms and floods of July 5 to 13, 1994, and the reservoirs have effectively reduced the flood peak. It has also been instrumental in protecting the lives and property of people in towns and villages such as Binxi Town in the lower reaches State Road and other important transportation and communication facilities have played a significant role, the text of the “94.7” flood disaster analysis demonstrated Erlongshan Reservoir flood control in this flood benefit.
