Pranoprofen系非甾体消炎镇痛药,作者观察53例平均年龄29岁行口腔小手术后的消炎镇痛效果。患者手术后每次服用1粒胶囊(内含75 mg),一日3次,治疗5～7日。观察期间可并用抗生素及含嗽剂,但不用其他消炎、镇痛、解热药和消化系统药。结果:明显改善9%,中等改善60%、轻度改善30%,有效率为100%。副作用只有轻度恶心1例,未经处置自然恢复。 Pranoprofen对急性炎症、疼痛、发热等有较强的镇痛、消炎及解热效果,口腔外科处置率最高的是拔牙术,术后经常出现肿胀、疼痛及开口障碍等炎症表现。本品的有用度
