目的建立并分析沈阳KM小鼠源和长春牛源隐孢子虫卵囊的形态学参数,分析两种隐孢子虫卵囊的形态学差异。方法应用计算机摄像系统采集沈阳KM小鼠源和长春牛源隐孢子虫卵囊图像,计算机数字图像分析系统测量隐孢子虫卵囊的长径、横径等参数,计算卵形指数并进行分析比较。结果测量沈阳KM小鼠源隐孢子虫卵囊1190个,卵囊长径均值为5.93μm,横径的均值为4.96μm,卵形指数为1.19。测量长春牛源隐孢子虫卵囊922个,卵囊长径均值为5.19μm,卵囊横径的均值为4.17μm,卵形指数为1.25。结论沈阳KM小鼠源隐孢子虫卵囊的长径、横径均比长春牛源隐孢子虫卵囊的大,且两者存在显著差异(P<0.01)。
Objective To establish and analyze the morphological parameters of KM mice derived from Shenyang and Cryptosporidium parvus from Changchun, and analyze the morphological differences between the two Cryptosporidium oocysts. Methods The computer image system was used to collect the images of KM mice in Shenyang and Cryptosporidium oocysts in Changchun. The length, diameter and other parameters of Cryptosporidium oocysts were measured by computer digital image analysis system. The oval index was calculated and compared. Results The 1190 oocysts derived from Cryptosporidium parvum of KM mice in Shenyang were detected. The average length of oocysts was 5.93μm, the average diameter was 4.96μm, and the oval index was 1.19. 922 oocysts of Cryptosporidium longus were screened. The mean length of oocysts was 5.19μm. The average diameter of oocysts was 4.17μm and the oval index was 1.25. Conclusion The length and diameter of the oocysts derived from Cryptosporidium parvum of KM mice in Shenyang are larger than that of the oocysts derived from Cryptosporidium parvum in Changchun, and there is a significant difference between the two (P <0.01).
