目的探讨慢性肺心病合并低钠血症的原因及防治措施。方法选取2007年1月至2011年1月我院收治的慢性肺心病患者165例,其中并发低钠血症患者56例作为低钠血症组,其余109例作为血钠正常组,对其临床资料进行总结分析。结果 165例肺心病患者中并发低钠血症56例(33.9%);低钠血症组死亡13例,病死率为23.2%,血钠正常组死亡6例,病死率为5.5%,血钠正常组病死率显著低于低钠血症组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;低钠血症组存活患者的血钠水平均在3～4d内逐渐纠正,临床症状逐渐消失。结论低钠血症是肺心病常见并发症,为肺心病危重情况的的重要指标,做到早发现早治疗,能够降低死亡率,改善预后。
Objective To investigate the causes and prevention and treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with hyponatremia. Methods A total of 165 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2007 to January 2011 were enrolled. Among them, 56 patients with hyponatremia were treated as hyponatremia group and the other 109 patients were normal sodium hyponatremia group. Data summary analysis. Results Sixty-five patients (33.9%) with hyponatremia were found in 165 patients with pulmonary heart disease. Thirteen patients died of hyponatremia, with a mortality rate of 23.2% and six patients with normal serum sodium level. The mortality rate was 5.5% The mortality of normal group was significantly lower than that of hyponatremia group, P <0.05, with statistical significance. The serum sodium level in survivors of hyponatremia group was gradually corrected within 3 ~ 4 days, and clinical symptoms disappeared gradually. Conclusions Hyponatremia is a common complication of pulmonary heart disease and an important indicator of the risk of pulmonary heart disease. Early detection and early treatment can reduce mortality and improve prognosis.
