目的 :评价电子束CT(EBT)及其三维重建技术对冠状动脉搭桥术后桥血管开通的诊断价值。材料和方法 :16例冠状动脉搭桥术后的患者行EBT血管造影和三维重建、血流扫描及曲线分析 ,其结果与手术结果对照。结果 :所有 5 3支桥血管均重建成功 ,其中乳内动脉桥 12支 ,大隐静脉桥 40支 ,桡动脉桥 1支。通畅的桥血管 3 8支 (67.9%) ,不同程度狭窄 6支 (11.3 %) ,完全闭塞 9支 (17.0 %)。 12支乳内动脉桥支 11支通畅 (91.7%) ,40支大隐静脉桥支 2 7支通畅(67.5 %)。1支桡动脉桥闭塞。EBT桥血管血流曲线及定量参数可辅助判断开通情况。结论 :EBT三维血管重建成像及血流扫描是评价冠状动脉搭桥术后桥血管开通的极有价值的无创性检查方法。
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of electron beam computed tomography (EBT) and its three-dimensional reconstruction in the opening of the bridge of vessels after coronary artery bypass graft surgery. Materials and Methods: Sixteen patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting underwent EBT angiography and three-dimensional reconstruction, blood flow scanning and curve analysis. The results were compared with the surgical results. Results: All 53 vessels were successfully reconstructed. Among them, 12 were internal mammary artery, 40 were saphenous vein and 1 was radial artery. There were 38 unobstructed bridge vessels (67.9%), 6 with varying degrees of stenosis (11.3%) and 9 with complete occlusion (17.0%). Twelve branches of the internal mammary artery were unbranched (91.7%), and 40 branches of saphenous vein were smooth (67.5%). 1 radial artery occlusion. EBT bridge blood flow curve and quantitative parameters can help determine the opening situation. CONCLUSION: Three-dimensional reconstruction of the ectopic endothelium with angiography and blood flow scanning are valuable noninvasive methods of assessing the opening of the bridge vessels after coronary artery bypass grafting.
