以异戊醇和冰乙酸为原料 ,采用六水合三氯化铝作催化剂合成醋酸异戊酯。考察了催化剂用量、原料配比和反应时间等因素对反应的影响。确定了三氯化铝作为催化剂的最佳反应条件 :n冰乙酸∶n异戊醇 =1∶0 .7(摩尔比 ) ,六水合三氯化铝用量为 0 .6g ,反应时间为 3.0h ,转化率 (以 0 .2mol冰乙酸计 )达 94 2 %。
Isoamyl acetate was synthesized from isoamyl alcohol and glacial acetic acid using aluminum trichloride hexahydrate as catalyst. The effect of catalyst amount, raw material ratio and reaction time on the reaction was investigated. The optimum reaction conditions of aluminum trichloride as catalyst were determined: n glacial acetic acid: n isoamyl alcohol = 1: 0.7 (molar ratio), aluminum trichloride hexahydrate in an amount of 0.6g and reaction time 3.0h , Conversion rate (0.2 mol glacial acetic acid) of 94 2%.
