目的探讨氰戊菊酯对小鼠脑组织乙酰胆碱酯酶活力与学习记忆功能的影响及其意义。方法将小鼠随机分为高、中、低剂量组和对照组,在经氰戊菊酯染毒后分别进行小鼠跳台试验和测定各组小鼠脑组织中的乙酰胆碱酯酶的活力。结果低、中、高剂量组的乙酰胆碱酯酶活力均高于对照组,且高剂量组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);中、高剂量组跳台试验错误次数显著增多、电击时间显著延长、错误潜伏期显著缩短(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论氰戊菊酯会造成小鼠学习记忆功能的障碍,乙酰胆碱含量的降低可能是造成小鼠学习记忆功能障碍的原因。
Objective To investigate the effect of fenvalerate on the activity of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and learning and memory in brain of mice and its significance. Methods Mice were randomly divided into high, medium and low dose groups and control group. After fenvalerate administration, mice were respectively subjected to platform jumping test and the activity of acetylcholinesterase in brain tissue of each group was determined. Results The acetylcholinesterase activity in low, medium and high dose groups was higher than that in control group, and the high dose group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The number of jump test was significantly increased and the shock duration was significantly prolonged , The error latency was significantly shorter (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion Fenvalerate can cause learning and memory dysfunction in mice. The decrease of acetylcholine may be the reason of dysfunction of learning and memory in mice.
