能源是当今世界的重要问题之一。要发展广东的经济,能源问题也是关键所在,是属于全局性的战略问题。在农村能源问题更为严重,不仅直接影响农业生产和农民生活,也关系到整个自然生态平衡。广东应大力发展再生能源,尤其要注意发展森林能源。薪柴在目前和今后相当长的一段时期内都是农村主要的生活用能,特别是在广东优越的水热气候条件下,广泛开展营造薪炭林,是尽快解决我省农村能源的重要途径。它既能迅速生产,不断更新,短期见效,又可保住现有森林资源和维护生态环境,有利于农业生产和社会安定。
Energy is one of the major issues in the world today. To develop the economy and energy in Guangdong is also the key issue and belongs to the overall strategic issue. The problem of energy in rural areas is more serious, not only directly affecting the agricultural production and peasant life, but also the entire natural ecological balance. Guangdong should vigorously develop renewable energy, with particular attention to the development of forest energy. Firewood is mainly used for rural life in the present and for a long time to come. In particular, it is an important way to solve the rural energy problem in our province as soon as possible, especially in the favorable hydrothermal climate in Guangdong. It can not only rapidly produce, keep updating and short-term effective, but also keep existing forest resources and maintain ecological environment, which is good for agricultural production and social stability.
