Enalaprilat is an antihypertensive drug that is a pharmacologically active metabolite of enalapril. This article describes a simple RP-HPLC method for the quantitative determination of enalaprilat. UV detection, the concentration was linear in the range of 1 ~ 200 mg · L -1 with an average accuracy of (97.35 ± 4.93)%,
