新型职业农民是农业新技术的应用者,肩负着农业技术的研发、传递、解决“谁来种地”的问题。对于河北省这样一个以传统农业为主的农业大省来说,大力培育新型职业农民,是推动农业现代化、提升农民社会地位、培育农业后备人才的重要举措。基于此,通过调查分析河北省新型职业农民培育存在的问题,并从培育主体的选择,培育体系、激励机制、评价体系的建立及拓宽投资渠道等几方面,提出河北省职业农民培育机制的构建的措施。
