20世纪80年代,从清华大学物理系本科毕业后,萧泓前往美国洛杉矶南加州大学留学,并终获理学硕士和工学博士学位。1998年回国后,萧泓多数时间致力于跨国企业组织发展和组织学习领域的研究与实践,先后服务于摩托罗拉、思科、飞利浦和戴尔等知名公司。十余年过去了,如今的他已完成从组织学习与发展方面的专家向HR全盘管理者的华丽转身,成为北京完美时空网络技术有限公司的人力资源与行政管理副总裁。从留学到做咨询,从历经多家跨国企业到如今进入本土朝阳企业,从人力资源管理的局部把控到全局运筹帷幄,萧泓的经历真可谓丰富多彩。感叹之余,我们不禁有些好奇:在他走过的路上都洒下了怎样的汗水?浇灌出了怎样的鲜花?而他自己又有哪些成长体会呢?
After graduating from the Department of Physics of Tsinghua University in the 1980s, Xiao Hong went to study at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA and obtained a Master of Science degree and a Doctor of Engineering degree. After returning to China in 1998, Xiao Hong spent most of his time devoting himself to the research and practice of MNEs in the development and organization of learning fields. He has served in well-known companies such as Motorola, Cisco, Philips and Dell. More than ten years later, now he has completed from the organizational learning and development experts to the full management of HR turned gorgeous, Beijing Perfect World Network Technology Co., Ltd., vice president of human resources and administration. From studying abroad to consulting, from a number of multinational corporations through to now enter the local Chaoyang enterprises, from human resources management to local control to the overall strategy, Xiao Hong’s experience can be described as rich and varied. Sigh aside, we can not help but curious: what kind of sweat on the road he walked? What kind of flowers poured out? And he himself what the growth experience?
