这次会议是根据部党组提出的今年内每个季度检查一次“三大战役”进展情况的安排召开的。目的就是总结、检查前一阶段的工作进展情况,研究、部署下一步如何推进“三大战役”的深入宣传贯彻。这两天,三个战役指挥部汇报了工作,大家进行了热烈讨论。下面,根据汇报、讨论情况并结合前一段我同有关司局的同志赴福建、山东以及在京的部分直属单位专项调研的情况,就“三大战役”的共性问题,讲几点意见。
The meeting was convened on the basis of the arrangements made by the Party Party Group to check the progress of the “Three Big Battles” in each quarter of the year. The purpose is to summarize and examine the progress of the work in the previous phase, and to study and deploy the next step in promoting the in-depth propaganda and implementation of the “Three Big Battles.” In these two days, the three battle headquarters reported their work and everyone had a lively discussion. In the following, based on the report and discussion of the situation and in conjunction with the special investigations conducted by some of the affiliates of the relevant department in Fujian Province, Shandong Province, and Beijing in the previous paragraph, we made several comments on the common issues of the “Three Big Battles”.
