为探讨煤矿工人红细胞免疫粘附功能的变化,采用补体致敏酵母菌凝聚花环法测定了某煤矿井下采煤工人和煤工尘肺病人血液红细胞免疫粘附功能。结果显示接触煤尘组和煤工尘肺RBC.IC.RT(6.64±3.0,10.0±3.72)显著低于对照组(16.08±3.35)(P<0.01)。接触煤尘组和煤工尘肺组RBC.IC.(8.90±2.22,10.09±3.64)显著高于对照组(5.41±2.30)(P<0.01)。煤尘导致煤工尘肺的发展过程中,红细胞免应系统及其功能可能发生改变,表现为继发性红细胞免疫功能低下。
In order to investigate the changes of erythrocyte immune adhesion function in coal miners, the blood erythrocyte immune adhesion function of a coal mine worker and a coal worker’s pneumoconiosis patient was determined by means of the condensed rosette of complement-sensitized yeast. The results showed contact with coal dust group and coal workers pneumoconiosis RBC. IC. RT (6.64 ± 3.0, 10.0 ± 3.72) was significantly lower than that of the control group (16.08 ± 3.35) (P <0.01). Contact coal dust group and coal workers pneumoconiosis group RBC. IC. (8.90 ± 2.22,10.09 ± 3.64) was significantly higher than that of the control group (5.41 ± 2.30) (P <0.01). Coal dust led to the development of coal workers pneumoconiosis, erythrocyte immune system and its function may change, manifested as secondary erythrocyte immune dysfunction.
