日本电电公社武藏野电通研用2μm泡的奇、偶结构,试制出2个主环通道/次环的1Mb磁泡芯片,在3月举行的昭和55年度电子通信学会综合全国大会上公布了这个消息。在器件设计上,基本传输电路采用了最小图形宽度为1μm的非对称山形。其奇、偶结构是,把次环分为两组,每组266环,共512环。次环由7.5μm周期、2140位、18μm环间间隔组成。此外,写入门用交换门,读出用复制门。芯片尺寸为:9.8×9.2mm。
