眼球的外伤常引起白内障,通常分为二类:一是外伤性白内障;另一种是外伤性后发白内障.前者采用一般的囊外抽吸摘除效果不太好,此外还可采用经后路进行切除.我们于1981年起采用玻璃体切除器经平坦部切除外伤性白内障收到满意的效果.一般情况:共86例,年龄16～70岁,16～～35岁84例,50岁以上2例.男76例,女10例.金属异物眼球穿通伤43例,非金属异物穿通伤4例,眼球挫伤4例,破裂伤4例,化学伤9例.存有眼内异物3例,玻璃体出血56例,视网膜脱离4例,眼内炎2例.视力为光感(包括光投射不确)13例,手动和数指57例,0.01～0.05共15例,无光感1例.受伤后经手术治疗时间,1个月内30例,1～3月35例,6月～2年17例,2年以后4例.

After surgery time, 30 cases within 1 month, 35 cases from January to March, June to 2 years in 17 cases, 4 cases after 2 years.
