新《锅壳锅炉受压元件强度计算》标准虽然还未正式审批,为了尽早掌握与运用,我厂近期开发的卧式内燃油炉的设计就按新标准进行,现就WNS4—1.25—Y型锅炉的管板设计为例,介绍並探讨新标准的运用。 1.WNS4—1.25—Y炉采用的结构型式 参照国内外大量的油炉样本资料並从燃烧机性能考虑,决定配用进口燃烧机,炉体结构采用中心回燃型式(见简图1)。综合燃烧机及各方面因素,选定炉胆内径为φ1000mm,锅壳内径为φ1800mm,锅筒长4260mm。 2.管板设计与探讨 (1)管板结构
