Not long ago, “Guangming Daily” published on the Chinese Academy of Engineering vice president, academician Shen Guofang old man's speech caught my attention. Shen old said that to make young people stand out is a good thing, but it should not be a common phenomenon. Now professors can see everywhere. Professors and mentors in their 30s seem to be everywhere. Some people prematurely study academically and administratively. This quick success, fast out of the result is a sarcophagus to promote behavior, which led to lack of development potential of young talents, impetuous academic air. On this remark, I have a few opinions, boldly said to discuss with Shen. For one, young people in their 30s are professors and doctoral tutors who are not quick-winners and quick-winners of what they can do. Young people are active and full of ideas
