利用ANSYS仿真和GB/T 5371—2004计算方法,理论分析轮箍轮心过盈配合后轮心内孔的变形,并与实际测量尺寸进行数据对比,结合TB/T 1463—2006的规定探讨某调车机车分体车轮采用新退卸组装方法的可行性。
By using ANSYS simulation and GB / T 5371-2004 calculation method, the deformation of wheel hub bore center was analyzed theoretically and compared with the actual measured dimensions, and TB / T 1463-2006 Shunting locomotives split wheels using the new method of assembly and disassembly feasibility.
