本文分析并介绍了塑料光学透镜模具的总体结构。对塑料光学球面收缩率问题，光学塑料模具的型腔设计，加工问题进行了阐述。并对光学塑料模具的浇注系统的设计合理性问题作了探讨。
This paper analyzes and describes the overall structure of plastic optical lens mold. The plastic optical spherical shrinkage rate, optical plastic mold cavity design, processing problems were described. The design rationality of casting system for optical plastic mold was also discussed.
