目的 :对天麻不同生长时期样品的药理作用进行比较 ,探讨白麻的主要药理作用 ,为白麻的开发利用提供依据。方法 :采用延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间法 ;戊四唑、士的宁致惊厥法 ,观察药物的镇静、抗惊厥作用。结果 :不同天麻样品水煎液均具有明显的镇静、抗惊厥。与空白对照组比较差异显著 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :白麻与商品麻的镇静、抗惊厥等药理作用相似 ,白麻可代替商品麻入药或开发产品
Objective : To compare the pharmacological effects of samples of different growth stages of Gastrodia elata and to explore the main pharmacological effects of Hemp, in order to provide basis for the development and utilization of Hemp. METHODS: Prolonged pentobarbital sodium sleep time, pentylenetetrazol and strychnine induced convulsions were used to observe the sedative and anticonvulsant effects of the drug. Results : The decoction of different samples of Gastrodia elata was obvious sedative and anticonvulsant. Compared with the blank control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The pharmacological effects of sesame and anticonvulsant of white hemp and commercial hemp are similar, and hemp can be used as a substitute for commodity medicine or development product.
